Training Peaks - Online training calendar
In order to deliver and plan your coaching sessions, an online sports calendar is used called Training Peaks. This integrates with WKO5 and as well as providing an easy to use calendar, it displays many metrics and data regarding your progress.
Every Monday morning, following assessment of your data from the previous week, your upcoming weeks’ sessions are uploaded into the calendar. These can be easily dragged and dropped and moved around according to things such as workloads or family commitments etc.
Comments and advice from the coach regarding the sessions are clearly visible so there is minimal confusion, and you are also able to make comments regarding the sessions which is an invaluable tool for the coach to gain good quality feedback for future reference.
Training Peaks is also where we will build your annual training plan (ATP) based on key events and goals throughout the year.
