Zone6 coaching has worked with Velo Parcours to develop 8 week personalised training programmes, designed to get you into your optimum shape before your tour.

The training plans are specific to the typical profiles and average speeds of the tours Velo Parcours offer.  Not that you're going there to race! Of course, you're going there to enjoy yourself, but being physically better prepared means you will gain so much more enjoyment from riding your bike in some of the most stunning scenery Europe has to offer!!

Training plans and individual sessions are delivered fortnightly through Training Peaks, and are based on an initial fitness assessment.
